Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Revibe account or contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the device is factory reset, removed from all iCloud or Google accounts, and securely packed in its original packaging with all included accessories.

• 3.
  Complimentary Collection

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange for our courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep at no additional cost to you.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians verify the device condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
